The search takes place in our partner network and if needed an expanded search is made.
Sampling
Sampling and matching takes place.
Interview
Interview and quality assurance of candidates. Soft values are key.
Presentation
Presentation of the client assignment.
Preparations
Preparations for the client interview, to ensure the candidate is informed and prepared before meeting the client.
Client interview
The client interview takes place, where we are present to support and assist as needed.
Contract
A deal is reached and the contract is signed. The goal is that both parties are satisfied.
Follow-up meetings
Follow-up meetings are held with the client and the consultant.
Contract ends
When the contract is reaching its end, we find new opportunities, prioritising long-term relationships.
