Our recruitment process
Application review
Our recruitment team reviews your application and contacts you for an interview.
HR interview
A 40-minute interview with our HR team — for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us.
Technical interview
A one-hour interview with two employees working on the technology applicable to the role.
Final interview
One hour with management — final discussions about the role and expectations on both sides.
Offer
The final step: an offer from our recruitment team communicated by phone and confirmed by email.
