In collecting this data, we are acting as a data controller. We collect your personal data when you register an interest in joining Nion’s Partner network, and when you apply for a consultant position with one of our clients.
What do we do with your personal data?
Your information is securely stored in our CRM and is not shared with any third parties.
We manually review CVs sent to us to assess whether the individual has the skills that match our clients’ needs. When there is a match, the CV may be passed on to one, or several, of our clients.
When we receive new requests from our clients, which match you or your company’s services, you will be informed about this opportunity.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
Your information is kept as long as you have registered interest in being a part of Nion’s Partner network. You are able to unregister at any time by contacting us directly via e-mail, phone or physical post.
Your rights
By law, you are able to request what type of personal data we are retaining, as well as request us to correct the information related to you, if it’s inaccurate.
You may also request your personal data to be erased, as well as request a copy of the information that verifies the same.
