A delivery manager will be assigned to you to ensure you are supported and through regular dialogue and follow-ups so that we ensure that you feel comfortable in your assignment, while maintaining a close dialogue with the customer during the entire assignment.
A delivery manager acts as a bridge between the customer and you to deliver value effectively, making the partnership smoother and more successful. The delivery manager has a background as a consultant themselves, so that your discussions can focus on specific challenges and opportunities for improvement. That way we create the best possible conditions for your growth and success.

If you recommend a consultant for an assignment, we need help with and a deal is signed, we’ll offer you a kick-back as a token of our appreciation. By using self-billing, we aim to empower you to manage your invoicing with ease; while maintaining the clarity and professionalism you expect from a trusted partner.

The process

1.
Client assignment

Client assignments are found in direct contact with the client manager.

2.
Search

The search takes place in our partner network and if needed an expanded search is made.

3.
Sampling

Sampling and matching takes place.

4.
Interview

Interview and quality assurance of candidates. Soft values are key.

5.
Presentation

Presentation of the client assignment.

6.
Preparations

Preparations for the client interview, to ensure the candidate is informed and prepared before meeting the client.

7.
Client interview

The client interview takes place, where we are present to support and assist as needed.

8.
Contract

A deal is reached and the contract is signed. The goal is that both parties are satisfied.

9.
Follow-up meetings

Follow-up meetings are held with the client and the consultant.

10.
Contract ends

When the contract is reaching its end, we find new opportunities, prioritising long-term relationships.
