Our recruitment process

1.
Application review

Our recruitment team reviews the application and contacts the candidate for an interview.

2.
HR interview

40 minute interview with our HR representatives, where the purpose is for them to get to know the candidate, and for the candidate to get to know us.

3.
Technical interview

One hour interview with two employees working on the technology applicable to the role.

4.
Final interview

One hour interview with management representatives. Final discussions about the role and expectations on both sides.

5.
Offer

The final step in the process is an offer from our recruitment team. The offer is communicated to the candidate through a phone call, as well as via e-mail.
