Her career spans e-commerce management, IT consultancy, and global digital leadership, equipping her with the skills to deliver comprehensive solutions that drive business growth. At Nion, she is passionate about strengthening the company’s presence as a trusted IT partner, using her collaborative and innovative approach to create value for clients.

A career rooted in tech and IT

I’ve always worked in tech with a focus on sales and service. To begin with, my journey started in e-commerce, where I held roles like e-commerce manager and global digital lead for international companies. Additionally, I gained experience in IT consultancy as a business developer and partner manager. As a result, this background alongside a degree in Business Administration specializing in International Business has given me a broad perspective on how digital solutions and sales can drive growth.

I bring positivity, an open mind, and a fearless approach to problem-solving. Moreover, my drive to push businesses forward helps me find creative solutions to complex challenges. I thrive in dynamic environments and, above all, enjoy collaborating with teams to achieve success.

I work quickly and generate many ideas. In addition, I believe in taking action and learning through experience. I’d rather try and fail rather than standing still. Therefore, my goal is to inspire a proactive, solution-oriented mindset while delivering results.

I see challenges as opportunities for growth. For example, I tackle problems head-on and address them immediately. Moreover, having an incredible team that supports me through highs and lows makes attacking challenges much easier. And celebrating wins.
