Svenska Retursystemet (SRS), owned by the big FMCG companies in Sweden, faced challenges due to insufficient knowledge of the location, condition and circulation time of their crates and pallets. The logistic control was primarily based on manual processes, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of visibility and SRS needed a long-term partner to help digitalize their supply chain processes in an agile and flexible manner, while also managing support and maintenance after the solution went live
What solution did we deliver?
- Development of a SmartPooling web app: the solution was built with a mobile-first approach, allowing users to easily create and approve transactions. Included a mediation workflow to handle disputes in an efficient manner.
- Ongoing support and maintenance: 2nd and 3rd line service desk support, adhering to ITIL best practices for incident and problem mgmt. services, ensuring continuous operation and improvement of the system
